zest introduces a new concept to Salt Lake City by melding healthy cuisine and delectable drinks within a modern, social environment. zest’s clean, modern atmosphere is the perfect place to host a party. Choose between the upper dining area, bar & lounge area or book the entire location. We feature a superior sound system and DJ booth with an area for dancing.

Our menu consists of globally inspired, plant based cuisine featuring organic, local, sustainable ingredients. We would love to work with you to compose the perfect menu for your event.

We believe the bar is an extension of the kitchen, therefore we hand craft cocktails with fresh, whole ingredients combined with organic and/or local spirits. zest has one of the largest selections of organic wines, beers and spirits available in Utah. Our mixologist  can help create specialty cocktails to accompany your menu or themed event.
